In order to register, we’re going to ask you for $50 until we are able to confirm sponsorship. This sounds like a lot, but we’re doing this for two reasons;
- We’re not sure how much sponsorship we’re going to secure – so need to ensure we can cover all costs
- If you put down $50, you’re much more likely to attend and not register then be a no show (which means someone else can’t attend as we have a hard limit of 110 overnighters)
At this stage, the cost will likely include;
- Basic accommodation at UrbanCamp (you’ll need to bring a sleeping bag)
- Basic food but not alcohol
- Wireless, power, internet access etc
The awesome is free 
Daystay rate
If you’d like to stay for the day only then we can offer a daystay rate of $20 per day – this will cover food, power, internet access etc. If you’re thinking of staying for two days but would like to go home in the evening, this would mean $40.
